Raptor Food U.S. Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
Raptor-food.com offers shipping to all USA states, and some territories using UPS and USPS.
All orders must be shipped to a valid, physical address. We do not support shipping to PO Boxes at this time.
Processing
We process orders during our normal business hours. Unless stated otherwise, please allow 1-7 business days for us to process your order. Orders received before 4PM EST are usually shipped on the same day.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don't receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us at alex@raptorexport.com
